• Maintain and update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Important: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using our Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Domain Ownership and Rights

Understanding your rights and limitations regarding domain usage:

Domain Claim Policy

Domains can be claimed for any name (subject to availability and admin approval), but usage must align with our acceptable use policy. You are free to choose any available subdomain name that suits your personal identity, brand, or preference.

What You Have

• Right to use the domain for permitted purposes
• Full control over DNS records and configuration
• Freedom to point to your chosen hosting provider
• Right to renew your domain before expiration
• Right to delete your domain and associated data

What You Don't Have

• These are subdomains, not registered top-level domains (TLDs)
• No transfer or resale rights to third parties
• No ownership of the base domain (orgs.bd) infrastructure
• Right to use is contingent on compliance with these Terms
• No guaranteed uptime or service level agreement (SLA)

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be available at all times

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features
• Update features, functionality, and policies as needed

• Reclaim domains that violate our Terms or remain inactive
• Change domain expiration periods and renewal policies

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR UNAVAILABILITY
• DAMAGES FROM THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT
• ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE
• SECURITY BREACHES OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
